PANDA (Performing Arts Network Development Association) is a non-profit, grassroots organization primarily composed of professional performing arts managers. It serves as a collaborative platform for mutual benefit. PANDA aims to rapidly improve the overall quality of arts administration through collective effort and resources, thereby enhancing the domestic arts and culture environment and aligning it with the international arts and culture ecosystem. Founded in 2007 and reorganized in 2013, PANDA integrates grassroots creativity and vitality, expands and consolidates diverse cultural resources, promotes a diverse and healthy environment for the performing arts industry, and builds an open and broad arts network.

Integrate and share performing arts information, knowledge, and resources.
Connect domestic and international performing arts resources networks to enhance the visibility of Taiwanese arts managers on the international stage.
Improve the domestic environment for performing arts practitioners.
Develop and promote programs related to arts education.
Focus on cultivating arts administration capabilities and establishing a model of cultural leadership.
Establish and promote a knowledge system for Taiwanese performing arts.
